Make a mixture of dried ginger,ajwain and black salt in equal quantity, take 1 g twice with warm water after meal.
Every morning take 2-3 cloves of garlic with warm water.
Sprinkle lemon juice and black salt on a piece of ginger, take with meals for few days.
Hot fomentation of the stomach is helpful.
Mix 2 g of hing in warm water, take 20 ml twice.
Drink 30 ml of raddish juice once or twice.
Boil chinnamon in a glass of water, take this lukewarm drink before half an hour of meal.
External application of hing on the umbilicious is recommended for children.
Drink 2 tsp of brandy with warm water.
Chew piece of fresh ginger after meals.
